No lady that I spoke with to start the work order was more than competent and very polite. Thank you. The Young man, Tanner, that did the work for me did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was very pleasant and personable. But the rest of the story is. That he did an outstanding job of removing the old water heater and installing the new one. I am very happy with my experience with 1UP plumbing. Jason the plumber was very honest and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He changed me the minimum charge for a pretty simple and quick fix, and also explained to me what was going wrong so I know how to troubleshoot in the future. He was also very kind to my cat 😺. Over great experience.

I contacted 1UP late afternoon for a leaking valve behind the refrigerator. Jason arrived 90 minutes later and fixed the valve. He was professional, friendly and thorough. The bill was very fairly priced. I now have 1UP Plumbing in my contacts to call for the next time.

Let me start with how incredible Terrence is the prompt professional service is above and beyond any that we have experienced throughout the process of determining where a leak was. Terrence communicated with us in detail because we could not be there to see what was being discovered this job took well over 7 hours during this time Terrence replaced pipe underneath cabinets through walls as we finally arrived home we watched him do this with total pride and a smile even with 4 dogs lovin on him the whole time :) the clean up was fantastic 1 Up Plumbing Is highly recommend This is the type of company we need more of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you Terrence for being who you are and for the amazing work you do

They were willing to provide me with a quote, which is very helpful. They completed the work in under an hour, a feat that an "uninitiated plumber" could never accomplish! They did superior work, they were very tidy, they're honest, stuck with their quote, and disposed of our obsolete items. Excellent experience. We'll use them again in the future.
